These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between yourself and Crafted Pull Magnets (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you are a parent or guardian, you also represent that you have provided consent for any minor dependents to use this website under your supervision.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use the Site in any way that could interfere with its security, functionality, or content, including but not limited to:

Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code. Attempting unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or related networks. Engaging in any activity that disrupts or damages the operation of the Site.

Any unlawful or harmful use of the Site may result in termination of access, refusal of service, or legal action as appropriate.

SECTION TWO - PRODUCT INFORMATION AND CUSTOMIZATION

Each Crafted Pull Magnets item is custom-made based on the photos and information you provide.
Please ensure all images uploaded are high resolution and owned by you or properly licensed for use. By submitting photos, you grant Crafted Pull Magnets permission to use those files solely to fulfill your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that include inappropriate, copyrighted, or offensive content.

SECTION THREE - RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Crafted Pull Magnets reserves the right to refuse service, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion.
This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

We suspect fraudulent or untrustworthy activity. The order includes content that is offensive, unlawful, or violates copyright. Customer communication or behavior is abusive or inappropriate. Fulfilling the order would otherwise not align with our business values or capabilities.

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued as appropriate. We reserve the right to determine the terms of such cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION FOUR - ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Production typically takes 2 business days or less. Shipping times vary depending on the method selected at checkout. We offer standard, 2-day, and overnight shipping upgrades.
Once shipped, Crafted Pull Magnets is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

SECTION FIVE - RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at Support@craftedpullmagnets.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or resolution.

SECTION SIX - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and designs — is the property of Crafted Pull Magnets and may not be reproduced or used without written consent.

SECTION SEVEN - SOCIAL MEDIA SHARING CONSENT

If you provide written or checkbox consent, Crafted Pull Magnets may feature images of your order on our social media platforms or marketing materials. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting Support@craftedpullmagnets.com.

SECTION EIGHT - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

If, at our request, you send certain submissions (for example, contest entries or testimonials), or if you voluntarily share creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, photos, or other materials with us — whether online, by email, or by mail (collectively referred to as “submissions”) — you agree that Crafted Pull Magnets may, at any time and without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, or otherwise use those materials in any medium.

We are not obligated to:

Maintain any submissions in confidence, provide compensation for any submissions or respond to any submissions.

We may, but are not required to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms.

By submitting content, you agree that your submissions will not:

Violate any rights of a third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights. Contain unlawful, offensive, or harmful material. Include malware, viruses, or any content that could interfere with the operation of our Site or services.

You may not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or mislead us or others as to the origin of any submission.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions. Crafted Pull Magnets assumes no responsibility or liability for any content posted or shared by you or any third party.

SECTION NINE - USE OF THIRD PARTY TOOLS

Crafted Pull Magnets may use third-party tools, services, or software to facilitate our website, payment processing, shipping, marketing, analytics, or other business operations. This includes, but is not limited to:

Payment gateways (credit card processors, PayPal, etc.), shipping and fulfillment services, photo upload and preview tools, website analytics and tracking services or marketing and email platforms.

Crafted Pull Magnets is not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or losses that may occur due to these third-party services. SECTION TEN - ERRORS AND INACCURACIES 

Crafted Pull Magnets strives to provide accurate information on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, pricing, promotions, transit times, or other content is error-free.

We reserve the right to:

Correct any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Cancel or refuse orders that were placed based on incorrect information or errors without prior notice.

SECTION ELEVEN - LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITY 

Crafted Pull Magnets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

If we do not enforce any part of these Terms, it does not waive our right to enforce it later.
If any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full effect.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of California.

SECTION FOURTEEN - CHANGES TO THESE SERVICES

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
