Each order is custom-made, so please allow 1–3 business days for production before shipping.

We offer fast nationwide shipping from California via USPS.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to modify shipping address please contact us at support@craftedpullmagnets.com as soon as possible. We can modify the address as long as the order has not shipped. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping address provided at time of checkout.

International Shipping

Due to the cost of international shipping, we currently only ship within the U.S.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Our goal is for every order to arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your magnets upon arrival.

If your order is damaged during shipping, email support@craftedpullmagnets.com with photos and we will send a replacement promptly.
