Refund Policy

All custom items are final sale as they are uniquely handcrafted utilizing your personal photos. At checkout, customers are reminded that high-resolution images are required, as low-resolution files can affect the visual quality of the final product. Customers are responsible for selecting, cropping, and previewing their photos and we cannot offer replacements or refunds for errors made during this process. Additionally, because we cannot control how images appear on individual computer or mobile screens, there may be slight variations in color, brightness, or tone in the finished product.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at Support@craftedpullmagnets.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the affected items and packaging. Once we review your case, we will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit if a replacement is not possible. In some cases, we may request that damaged items be returned or properly disposed of before issuing a replacement.

Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible as cancellations can not be made once production has started. Cancellations are not guaranteed, though we will review each request individually and issue a refund if possible.

Crafted Pull Magnets is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment fees may apply.
